Understanding Google AdSense.....

Google AdSense allows webmasters to dynamically serve content relevant advertisements on web pages. If the visitor clicks one of the AdSense ads served to the website, the website owner is credited for the referral. Google's AdSense program essentially allows approved websites to dynamically serve Google's pay-per-click AdWord results.

Website maintenance related to AdSense is very easy as well as requires very little effort. Webmasters need exclusively to insert a Google generated java script into the web page or website template.
Google's spider parses the AdServing website and serves ads that relate to the website's content. Google uses a combination of keyword matching and context analysis to determine what ads should be served. The java script calls the ad from Google and'll assure that ads are served each time a visitor goes to the web page.

Early on Google implemented a filtering system that allowed webmasters to prevent a specific domain's ads from being served on any websites in their account. Ad blocking meant that webmasters could prevent their competitor's ads from being dynamically served on their websites.

Google give s a wide variety of ad formats to match the most suitable option with a website. Webmasters could select from a handful of preformatted towers, inline rectangles, banners and buttons. The ad boxes can be modified by webmasters to resemble the website's color scheme. Examples of how different the various text boxes and color schemes appear on similarly themed sites can be viewed at:

http://www.ringtones-central.com (scroll to the bottom)
or
http://www.police-central.com (download left side)
http://www.police-supplies.com (scroll to the bottom)

Ads can be geo-targeted based on the visitor's location. Advertisements containing content in English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese, or Spanish are completely available.

Channels
Google lately introduced channels, enhancing AdSense reporting.

When a channel is selected Google modifies the java script to include additional tracking. The additional tracking information allows webmasters to track a variety of metrics across their sites. Channels can be used to measure effectiveness on various domains, differences in revenue with various ad sizes, or placement. By assigning each group of pages to a specific channel and comparing results in custom channel reports webmasters can work at increasing their AdSense revenue.

Optimizing
Google determines the content of the ads that are shown, webmasters dangerous about earning revenue from Google AdSense can use the following guidelines to optimize their website and ensure that targeted and relevant ads are served. If Google's spider has not crawled the site and determined the nature of the content, public service ads might be served. Public service ads will not accrue any AdSense revenue if clicked. As a happen Google allows webmasters to designate alternate ads. Alternate ads allow webmasters to utilize the ad space in the event that Google is unable to serve targeted ads to the web page. By specifying an alternate image, HTML page, or ad server the advertising space can always being used effectively.

1.) Web page content on pages that ads are served should be static not dynamic.

2.) Ensure that the robot.txt does not prevent the web page from being spidered. Robots.txt file's will need to be removed or the following text will need to bedded to allow Google's content bot to crawl the site: User-agent: Media partners - Google

3.) If the website contains frames, select the 'framed page' checkbox when generating the ad layout code for that website.

4.) The body of the page and title of the page should contain contextual words that indicate a common theme on the web page.

Revenue Earned
Although Google does not disclose the exact revenue share or percentage that webmasters will earn, webmasters will receive a portion of the amount paid for clicks on Google ads on websites.

AdSense Conclusion:
Overall, Google AdWords can provide great supplemental income to webmasters with content sites. Implementing and maintaining Google AdSense program on a content site requires very little effort and can often bring a steady stream of additional revenue for webmasters.

How you can start earning money with Adsense can be done easily and quickly. You will be amazed at the results you will be getting in such a short period of time.

Start by writing some quality content articles which are also keyword incorporated. There are a lot of people given the gift of being good with words. Writing comes easy for them. Why not make it work in such a way that you will be earning some extra cash in the process.

There are actually three steps to put into mind before you begin writing your ads and having an effective Adsense.

Keyword search. Find some popular subjects, keywords or phrase. Select the ones which you think has more people clicking through. This is actually a keyword selector and suggestion tool that some sites are offering to those who are just their Adsense business.

Writing articles. Start writing original content with keywords from the topics that you have achieved in your search. Take note that search engines are taking pride in the quality of their articles and what you will be writing should keep up with their demands.

Quality content site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Adsense ads that is targeting the subject and keywords of your articles and websites. This is where all that you’ve done initially will go to and this is also where they will prove their worth to you.

<h1 class="subject">What are the basic concept and steps of Google Adsense?</h1>

Dear Friends,

Please guide me about the basic concept and steps to follow while working with Google Adsense and with our own Google Blog. I have tried a lot to find tips and ideas with Help pages of Google Adsense. However could not clear the ideas about Adsense for Content, Search. Where to give our own website address at Adsense ? (At Add New Channel or anywhere else?) I request you to please guide me suitably.

Hello,

Well… You’ve just made the smart move and created your first Adsense account…

Here great thing about Google Adsense is that they (Google Adsense) make this part extremely easy for you unlike a lot of other scripts that almost require a degree to place together!

Here are the 10 easy steps to creating and adding your Google Adsense to your websites:

* Log into your Google Adsense Account

* Click on “Adsense Setup”

* Click on “Adsense for Content”

* Click on “add Unit” use the scroll button to go to “text only ads” (unless you want image ads on your website) then click on “Continue”

* Go to “Format” and choose which format you want. Do you want the skyscraper ad? The leader board ad? Square shaped ads? Once you’ve shown one then move on to step six

* Choose your coloring

* Decide whether you want to track your ads or choose alternate ads (if you’re not sure, you can leave this on the default for now until you learn more)

* Click continue to get your code

* Copy & paste your code

* Paste the Google Adsense code into the website you want it to appear at. Upload your webpage.

That’s it! You’re done.

good luck.....

regards,

raom.

Google Adsense for Search is different than Adsense for Content but it is just as important to your earning power with the Google Adsense program.

Just like Adsense for Content places targeted ads on your content pages, Adsense for Search places targeted ads on the results page of the search set in motion on your page.

You can use the standard Google search box on your site and the user can then search the web or even your site.

You can email me if you need more help.

You don't have to give your website address to adsense to create the code. Just have the code created, and paste it in your website's code where you want it to occur.

You can find more info on Adsense at http://www.icantinternet.org, feel free to mail me or add comments to ask more questions.

You need to have a content and that content you can place your own ads. And you share the revenue with google. you can get more info at webmaster forums like http://freewebmasterforum.com/

<h1 class="subject">What companies pay to advertise on your website? Is Google AdSense worth using?</h1>

I have a semi-profitable website/store. It gets a decent amount of traffic and I'd like to make some money advertising.

I see Google's Adsense program and am going to give that a try. Has anyone had any luck making money with Google? Are there other similar programs by other companies?

I don't want to waste my time or gunk up my site with things that are not profitable.

Thanks!!

If you are interested in finding out more about affiliate programs I would suggest you checkout SlickAffiliates. You can see their website here: http://www.SlickAffiliates.com

There are a lot of programs available, people make more than $1000 a month without any investment. You can use a combination of PPC, text link, CPM advertising and affiliate programs. Send an email to e@culx.net for details

Yes, google can bring you users thru their adsense program, but here is the thing

google's advertising is a little bit expensive

you will need a good amount of money to have a budget that will return you some profit, many times users get nothing out of it or very little

they say that out of 100 users that visit your website, about 1-3 will buy your product, so you have to calculate how many clicks you can afford from google per day, because money spent on advertising will also decrease your net profit

Thanks

<h1 class="subject">What are valid and invalid clicks for google adsense?</h1>

How google recognizes that a perticular click is valid for adsense and decides to pay for it? And How google recognizes that a perticular click is invalid for adsense and decides not to pay for it? Please give detailed answer if possible.

We cant give details as the Google alogorithm is very complex and hard to understand how they figure out stuff.

But usually if you dont click on your own links that much, and dont have someone else click for you, you should be fine. (again i dont know how they do it. there super smart).

The click part is easy though, they just look at the IP who's been clicking! then if you login with the same IP on the same account that you've been clicking on, it probably raises a flag.

Well.. in the end of the registration page of Google adsense are stated the terms n conditions which we accept in haste and later get trapped ;) u can refer the same in adsense help centre wherein the policies are titled as word of caution under which there were a list of points that google states, which will make the clicks invalid and can lead to even disabling the account.

Check 'em !!

thats really an impossible question to answer... but according to my experience u can ask friend to click ads but ur site must have high page views and unique visits... dont try to make google fool otherwise... and plz never click ur ads from ur own pc.. that could be lethal... also visit my site

http://www.mobi123.blogspot.com/

Only Google know what is valid or invalid clicks, and they won't tell us about it

<h1 class="subject">What kind of free website domains can I use with google adsense?</h1>

I have a google adsense account and I need a free website domain, but not all of them work?

Which ones will work?

If you don't have enough to spend on registering a domain name, and some web hosting, you may not have what it takes to make money with Adsense.

You will end up spending money at some point, but with Adsense you will need major web traffic to earn a decent amount of money and this amount of traffic probably needs a dedicated server etc...

If you have a good web content idea, let me know I might be interested in building the site, hosting it and sharing the Adsense revenue with you.

<h1 class="subject">How can I earn from my Indian website other than Google adsense?</h1>

I want to earn some money through my website and google adsense didn't accept my request as my website is only 2 months old ( they need at least 6 months). Please tell me if there is any way I can make some money from other sources. It would be better for me if they pay in checks rather than pay-pal or alert-pay.

First off, improve the quality of your site. I know of newly created sites that got accepted. It seems that Adsense is using the 6 months excuse if they don't like the quality of your content

There are several ways you can earn money from advertising other than Adsense:

1. Join an advertising network. Advertising networks are organizations that aggregate Web sites that offer advertising space, and sell banner ads (and other advertising options) across them. Traffic requirement is often a minimum of 5,000 monthly impressions, although many do not accept sites hosted by free page services.

Burst Media http://www.burstmedia.com

Fastclick (ValueClick). http://www.valueclickmedia.com

Advertising.com. http://www.advertising.com

Tribal Fusion http://www.tribalfusion.com

2. Participate in contextual advertising networks. Contextual advertising are text ads delivered based on the content of the web page using an automated system.

Bidvertiser http://www.bidvertiser.com/

Hi, me too from Indian.. and blogging and earning since a couple of years now..

My main earnings are from Adsense...

and If you want some more alternatives for Indian sites.. you can try

Adbrite.com - I received check from them few months back.. so, I recommend them..since they actually pay..

and also, Adbrite is not as strict as adsense..

And.. you can also try Guruji ads.. so many top indian sites using the guruji ads like masalatalk, exbii..etc

and If you want money through paypal, you can try Bidvertiser.

Good luck!

That's odd. Once I got my adsense account which was on blogs I then placed it on websites. I can place adsense on anything I have. You can try commission junction or moreniche.com

Don't get too excited about the earning possibilities. Google Adsense works by people clicking the Google ads on your site - no clicks=no earnings. People are so accustomed to Google ads now they just ignore them - noclicks=noearnings

<h1 class="subject">How Can i start Google adsense ?</h1>

How Can i start Google adsense? Please give me details in formation. best answer 10 points.

Adsense is a way to monetize and earn money from your site by putting Google ads from their advertising network Adwords. It has been around since June 2003 and Adsense has allowed many website owners to earn from their sites. I highly recommend going through the Adsense Quick Tour to learn more about the program http://www.google.com/services/adsense_tour/index.html

HOW DOES IT WORK

You apply and once you get approved, you can put in the Adsense code in your site. Here are the instructions on how to add Adsense codes on your site https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=10192&topic=8434

You earn through various ways:

1. Pay per click - this is the common way to earn which is you earn every time a visitor clicks on your ads

2. Pay per impression - an advertiser can specifically target your site and show ads where you earn via cost per 1,000 impression (e.g. you earn every time someone sees your ad, even though they don't click on it)

WHAT PERSONAL INFO DO I HAVE TO GIVE?

In the application form https://www.google.com/adsense/g-app-single-1 you will give

- your name

- your address

- if your country qualifies for electronic fund transfer and you wish to be paid by EFT, your bank details

- your SSN or tax account number if you are in the US as Google reports Adsense income to the IRS

IS IT WORTH IT AND HOW MUCH MONEY PER MONTH DOES IT BRING IN?

Some sites do very well with Adsense (even in the millions of dollars a year) while many more sites do extremely poorly with the program (can't even earn $10 a month). One of the misconception people have about Adsense is they simply slap it in their websites and it will automatically earn them big money -- which is not true as evidenced by the many disgruntled webmasters

Your income will depend on:

- the topic of your site (if you have high paying keywords you stand to earn more)

- responsiveness of users to ad (are visitors coming to your site with blinders in their eye or do they look at the ads as additional complementary resource)

- traffic (you earn more with more traffic, even if you have low paying keywords or other metrics)

- how you implement the ads on your site (some positions and colors work better than others)

I suggest you join the program (you've got nothing to lose as it is free) and see how your site will do with it.

Just join a proxy network like Mavis P2P Proxy or Tor and use a proxy server to browse and click on ads that interest you on your own website. Just make sure your Click Thru Rate is not over 0.5%. You can easily make $100/per day doing this. Good luck!

<h1 class="subject">How Can i increase my earnings from Google adsense ?</h1>

My webite is http://rajtechbank.tripod.com . How can i increase my income from Google adsense & how can i make people to join under me?

One of the ways is to pick up an interesting subject and write meaningful content every day or very frequently. The more informative and interesting the content is, the more likely people are going to come back. It is like opening a shop and luring customers to you. The content that you write must have commerical or informative value, so that Google will display the most relevant ads on your page.

The second most important thing you should do is to get noticed, get more people to link to you, you should link to more people so that you can get a larger audience and a better page rank at Google, so that you website shows up in the 1st page of search results.

Good luck!

You need your own website, not a tripod website, first. Try that and get back to us.

<h1 class="subject">What is the minimum money a person can make in Google adsense ?</h1>

If only about 50 people visit your website how much is the minimum money you will make?Is there a minimum money which google gives its adsense users?

It depends on a niche. Something related to money, search engine, travel have a pretty good reward per click. Some health related subjects are also highly payable.

You only get paid if you earn $100.

If you have less than $100, then you wait until you've earned the minimum amount of $100 however long it takes. Say you earn $15 this month and then $20 next month, so you now have $35 -- it will continue to accumulate until you've reached $100

If you're lucky, you can earn $100 and get your first Adsense check in two months. If your site really is a poor fit with Adsense, you can be in the program for a year and still not make $100

There isn't a minimum. You could have 50 people visit your site and still earn nothing. Remember traffic to your site is one thing but it's not worth anything unless you get conversions. The amount you get paid depends on how much advertisers are paying for the niche and keywords you are targetting. There are other factors too such as quality scores and whether your account has been smart priced.

You receive payment at the end of the month when your cumulative earnings have exceeded $100. If you want to learn more about making money with adsense and affiliate programs ( that pay a lot more ) using a proven step-by-step system designed for beginners then check out http://www.stupideasycashfornewbies.com

Also Google has a blog about adsense which offers a lot of good, free information about it's programme.

There is no minimum, but they only pay out once you hit $10. I figure, something is better than nothing!!

No

Only if you get clicks and you are guaranteed if it is a valid click to get 1 penny a click or more

They have to click in order to make money... if you allready have a high traffic page then its worth it if you dont then i suggest ppc

There is no minimum to earn, but you won't get paid until you reach $100.

To answer your question: 50 visitors will very possibly earn $0.00, maybe a few cents if you happen to get a click from one of them.

<h1 class="subject">Is Google AdSense or Amazon Associates commission better for making money on a website?</h1>

I just added Amazon order buttons to my site from the Amazon Associates program, I had over 500 clicks but no orders or commission fees yet. Is this normal? Would it be better for me to add Google Adsense to my site instead?

Adsense is CPC and Amazon is CPA, Cost per action, even with one sale will far outpay you then CPC schemes. But if you get 3000+ hits per day on your website then CPC schemes may be your best choice.

Amazon may give you $25 per sale but if you cannot convert anyone to buy anything through you then you get no money.

Adsense pays you anywhere from $0.05-$1.00 per click, nope, not all will be high but you can expect to get $50-200/month depending on how many people go to your site- and how many people think the ads are relevant enough to use.

I'm a bigger fan of Google AdSense I've actually never heard of the amazon ads but if you only get paid if people buy things it's kind of crappy unless you have a super large website.

hi

it depends , how much visitor u r getting for ur website

<h1 class="subject">How do you get paid on Google adsense?</h1>

How do you get payments on Google adsense, Also could a 14 year old sign up?

Google AdSense does not issue payments until you've reached $100. However, if you close your account before you ever reach $100 (and the limit you've accumulated at least $10,) Google will issue you a payment.

And no, a fourteen-year-old cannot sign up. You must be eighteen because Google will request tax information for you to receive payment.

<h1 class="subject">Can I use one google adsense account for many blogspot sites?</h1>

Dear friends, I have a plan of creating over 100 blogspot sites for my earnings. Can i use one google adsense account of as many sites as i want or i have to create adsense account for all sites?

You CAN use your adsense account to put up ads in any of your blogs or websites. There is no specific limit for the number of sites (or blogs) in which you can put Adsense ads.

But, be careful that you don't put up the ads in illegal or other kind of blogs or sites, which may result in cancelling of your account.

YES -- you can use one account for all your blogs. No need to ask permission from Google

However, it is best to actually create channels (maybe URL channels) to be able to track which of your blog actually makes you money, and which you need to focus on

Read Adsense Help's Optimizing with Channels https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32614

Sure you can I use it for about 20 blogs and webistes as well.

of course. You can use adsense for all your website. Just remember to put your adsense on right website

<h1 class="subject">How can I add Google Adsense to my website?</h1>

I have a site with yahoo site solution. In order to add google adsense I need to copy and paste the html code to the site, problem is site solution doesn't allow custom HTML. Do I have any options?

A little trick that I got to work with it is this. Go into the manage part of the web hosting control panel. Go to File Manager. You should see your index.html. To the right of the index.html, there is an edit option. Click on the edit option. When you are in the HTML editor, you will see just one line that says Yahoo Site Solutions surrounded by < and >. You can put the HTML before and after the text already in there. The one catch to this is it only works on your index page. Once the person leaves the front page, they will not be able to get back to it. It is kind of a work around, but it does work.

That's what sucks about the Yahoo! site building software. You can download the page onto another Web design software such as Dreamweaver then upload again.

<h1 class="subject">Is it possible to earn money at home by using google adsense?</h1>

I came to know that google has a fantastic offer named google adsense. If you allow Google to advertise in your personal website, then Google will pay you per visitor of your site? I wanna know is it really or just a joke? Does anyone has tried this? Do I need a credit card to get this offer?

Yes its possible..but the money given is per click/or per 1000 visitors..

m doing thisgenuine work successfully..the Google advertisements system.

I never beleive the suryey system and the data entry works on net.I bliv in start earning without spending a single penny.

The way i earn is by putting ads by google on my website.

The websites and ads both are provided free by google.

The link that i will give u will explain how to open a google ad account free, and put ads on ur blogspot site.

The system is simple and genuine.Google takes money from the companies who want to give ads on internet(they are called advertisers)

Google will display the ads on webpages of the people who are registered with google for that(they are called publishers)

When any visitor clicks on anyone of the ads google give a good share of the ad revenue in our account and sends it thru a check when 100$ accumulate.

I m making anything between $200-$300 per month, ,by working 2hrs daily. If that is enough for u ,u should go for this system.and my cousin whu learnt this thing frm me made Rs4 lacs in 2months..but that was bcos his upload site became very popular.

Everything depends on how much traffic u are getting on ur website.I get most of the traffic from forums like yahoo answers and others. Also if u update ur website with quality and original content, the google search engine catches it and then u get automatic traffic too.

for making a free blogspot site go to blogger.com

And to open a google publisher account, and to learn more, go to

http://a-s-y-r-a-f.blogspot.com

i have other blogsites too like this http://angle-mine.blogspot.com (u can make as many as u want and post whatever u like)

Goodluck.

Me too make money online with adsense. I get some good income with this.

yes it is very possible. i have been reading a lot of books and what they all say is how you advertise your webstie and how it looks. if it's flashy and looks interesting you will get lots of people worldwide coming to it. so more clicks in that case!!!! another thing is to try to make a name for a webstie that when typed a random search your website will be the FIRST to come up!!!! if you do that you will be getting tons of people a day and also remember to update your website almost everyday so people are interested to see what's coming next!!!

Yes, it is possible. First at all, you need to apply for adsense (http://www.googe.com/adsense) and once you get approved, then you can start earning. Google will pay you mainly on the CPC, mean they will pay once your visitor click on the ads dispay on your website.

You dont need credit card, they will send you check once you achieve the payout

It isn't really an offer, its a common business transaction.

Google pay based mostly on clicks on adverts, rather then the number of visitors you have.

You need to have thousands of visitors per day to make it worthwhile.

You don't need a credit card.

Hi, Yes it is, but you really have to work at it to get a decent income. You have to pick your topics wisely as different keywords produce different profit. I make quite a bit of it now, but it took a while. If you need any help, give me a shout. Also I just started to use these guys as well http://www.contactthem.ws/hit.php?s=10&p=2&w=125934&t=0&c= and it seems to be working for me so far. I'm just waiting for my first pay cheque which should arrive soon.

good luck

It's possible. But you need a website with loads of traffic and click through rates are going down.... To make a living you will have to have several websites, with loads of traffic. Keep your real job and do it as a hobby.

Yes but the pay is pretty crappy. Like 5 cents per 1000 clicks or something. Your site needs to be pretty popular to make any serious money off of it.

I've been with Adsense since June 2003 and it's been a GREAT income generating program for us. So for me, Adsense is definitely worth it

<h1 class="subject">How can you get good with google adsense?</h1>

I want to get good with Google Adsense and like products really fast so I can earn money. I know it is a gamble however, I would really like to know how I could make money with the program. Can you suggest any books that would teach me how to make money with such products and name a couple like products other than google adsense?

I don't recommend any books with Adsense. By the time these books are published the information is already obsolete

Read Adsense blog and optimization tips in the Adsense help instead. Also attend the optimization webinars that Adsense regularly organizes

http://adsense.blogspot.com/

If you want to earn a lot from Adsense, experiment with the factors above (except smartpricing, which you can't control), and see which combination works best. The amount you can earn will depend on the

1. Responsiveness of audience to the ads = A travel website that provides information on travel to Spain will attract visitors looking for ways to arrange their travel and spend money on their vacation to Spain. Your site provides the info, but the ads will provide hotels, travel agencies, tourist destinations, car rentals -- ads that are likely to get the attention of the users of your site. This is a site that will most likely do well with Adsense. However, if you are a gaming website where the main purpose of the user is to play games on your site, then Adsense will not perform as well.

2. Ad format = some types of ads do better than others depending on your content and layout. In our case, large rectangles in the middle of the content is the best, while leaderboards do not generate as much as income. Skys are the worst for us. Experiment and measure the results via channels and see which formats work best for you.

3. Ad placement - check Google's heat map as they have tested where the best placements are https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=17954&ctx=en:search&query=adsense+heat+map&topic=0&type=f

4. Ad colors - sometimes ads blended into the content works wonders, but sometimes ads that contrast your site colors work best

5. Number of ad units on a page = we are allowed maximum of 3 ads + 1 ad links + 1 search box on a page. Maximize the allowed number based on the resulting look of your page (you don't want an overkill of ads). Users going to your page and reading your content may ignore the banner or rectangle at the top of the page, but may click on the ad at the bottom of the article

6. Smartpricing - the big unknown in Adsense. No one knows how this actually works. But it can affect the pricing of the ads on your site. If the advertiser paid for $0.50/click - but your site is smartpriced - then the cost may be discounted lower (e.g. $0.25). So you may try to develop a site based on high paying keywords but if smartpricing gets to you, then you may not get as much per click as what you are expecting from your keywords.

Here is Google's explanation of smart pricing https://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=9562&query=smart+pricing&topic=0&type=f

Google's smart pricing feature automatically adjusts the cost of a keyword-targeted content click based on its effectiveness compared to a search click. So if our data shows that a click from a content page is less likely to turn into actionable business results -- such as online sales, registrations, phone calls, or newsletter signups -- we reduce the price you pay for that click.

Remember though that not all sites do well with Adsense - even if you get gazillions of traffic but your visitors are not interested in looking for ways to spend their money, they won't be interested in your ads and won't click.

I Dont think there is books for google adsense but there is alot of blogs online which tell you about it , but with google adsense you need really high traffic on your website to gain profit , higher the traffic the more they pay per click cause at the start you will get $0.02 cents for a click

maybe you can try this

<h1 class="subject">How much does Google AdSense pay for putting up their ads?</h1>

Hi, folks. My small company has a website where we'd like to put up Google AdSense ads. Would anyone know how much they pay per impression? (We don't care about per click rate yet.) Our website will target the 17-25 age group. I simply cannot find such information. Thanks in advance!

You won't find any info because Google does not disclose it

CPM ads are only shown if the advertiser specifically chooses your site to advertise. That means they must have heard about your site, seen your site or like what they see in your site.

You must also make sure that you specify that your ad channels are targetable.

It is really hard to predict how much you will get paid with Adsense. One website with 10,000 uniques a day can earn $50 a month while another may earn $5,000. It is not easy to predict how much you will earn from Adsense.

The only way you can learn about how your site will perform with Adsense is through trying it.

Google really is not the one who decides how much they want to pay. It's the advertisers who sign up on Google Adsense. Adsense is just the middleman of Advertisers, and Publisher, which is you. Most of the time, advertisers pay per click, it's with them if they want to pay the impression. It really depends on what keywords your website has. Some of the click can worth just $0.10 cents and some would cost as much as $3. It really depends on the advertiser. I rarely got payment for just impression alone.

Yes Google has many different methods in detemining how much you will earn with Adsense. One of them includes smart pricing, read about it here http://adsense.blogspot.com/2005/10/facts-about-smart-pricing.html.

In general I have found success with Adsense happens when you have a sticky site people flock to primary purpose (not Adsense). It's free why not give it a whirl for a while. If you don't like it...remove it :-)

Basically adsense pay per click. Yes, they do pay for impression but the amount is very less (approximate 1~2cents per 1000 impression). If you looking for pay per impression, i suggest you go to adbrite

well I know they they pay very little.

you may want to try Yahoos version which pays more or adbrite's

<h1 class="subject">What are some good ideas for making money with google adsense?</h1>

I am looking for some good ideas for a the subject matter of a blog that will make substantial money for google adsense? What are the topics of the most successful blogs using google adsense?

Thanks.

Blogging about ones own interest would be much easier than choosing an odd topic. But given the target of making money with Google Adsense, I would suggest three successful topics;

1. Amazing Cars

2. Latest Technology

3. Reviews of Music & Movies

Amazing Cars - would produce mediocre traffic with average EPC between $0.20 to $0.50 - depending on your keywords.

Technology - a high profile topic - would produce low traffic but high EPC between $1.00 & &10.00 - truly it pays to focus on this one

Reviews on Movies & Music - would produce high traffic but EPC would be very low - between $0.01 to $0.10.

One Final Note: Your Adsense success even depends on many other factors - i.e. placement of Ads, traffic and keywords on blog.

I have recently opened my account. So, tell me how many visitors are required to confirm google adsense account?

I suppose you mean how many visitors you need to have before they will approve your account, right?

Well, there is no fixed number for that... A while ago, your website had to be at least 6 months old, and have "some" visitors, while lately I even heard people reporting that brand new websites with no visitors at all have been approved. I think that they will look at the overal look of your website, the target-audience, the content, and the topic.

Adsense is not based on No. of visitors It Is Based on the No of clicks On the ads Posted on Your Blog

AdSense shows you money for clicks and impressions.

Impressions are how many times opened your pages with Ads.

If you have no of them your money = 0. More traffic and clicks are more

<h1 class="subject">How can I earn the most using google adsense?</h1>

I am in the process of making a media website with a friend and we aren't to sure how google adsense works. The website will have videos, music, forums, and eventually a store but we want to gain profit from our hard work. How can I use google adsense to its full potential and earn a couple bucks?

The adsense FAQ section has an optimisation section to tell you the best place to put ads. What I would do is concentrate on traffic first. For the type of site I run I get around $10/1000 page views and each month I get about 150000 page views ($1500). However, I am not sure how good the payouts are for a video site.

Traffic is key at the beginning though. Just dont go clicking your own ads or you get banned ;)

Also look in to affiliate type stuff as that can be a nice money maker too.

Just a few suggestions that may help. Use ad channels to keep track of top performing ad groups. Links should be blue. Do not use a border around the ad, you want the ad to look like a pert of the page do not separate the ad.

Aside from Google, other contextual advertising sites where you can earn money include

Yahoo! Publishing Network (currently in beta and available to US publishers only) http://publisher.yahoo.com/

Intellixt http://vibrantmedia.com/site/web_01a5.htm

Quigo Adsonar http://www.quigo.com/adsonarexchange.htm

Contextweb http://www.contextweb.com/

Bidclix http://www.bidclix.com/

I suggest you also consider joining an advertising network.

Fastclick (ValueClick). http://www.fastclick.com

Advertising.com. http://www.advertising.com

Tribal Fusion http://www.tribalfusion.com

You can also join Affiliate Programs where you sell other people's products that your audience may be interested in; and you get a certain commission after the desired action was done (whether a sale, a lead, subscription to email newsletter, or however this is defined)

Commission Junction http://www.cj.com

For adult sites, I suggest Black Labels Ads (http://www.blacklabelads.com), they have been performing pretty well for me since being banned from Google Ads. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/accuse_write?qid=20070819200143AAAtyDG&kid=A55XJGfBMGFJ8TbRJlYC&s=comm&date=2008-08-08+19%3A20%3A22&.crumb=

There are other alternatives but why do you want to leave Adsense anyway.

<h1 class="subject">How much do you make with Google Adsense?</h1>

I've been considering adding Adsense to some of my websites, but I'm not really sure I feel comfortable providing Google with all the private information they are requesting. Before I go through the headache of setting it up, I'd just like to get a feel from others -- do you like Adsense? How much do you make in a month? I realize there are a lot of factors that influence the value of a website, but I'm just curious as to what people on average are experiencing.

Thanks!

No, I do not like google adsense. They will close your account due to invalid clicks from other people, and keep your money. I suggest you don't join.

I have tried several affiliate programs and Google Adsense is the only one that I have had any success with. Some keyword clicks are inexpensive but they add up.

How do you add google adsense text links to your youtube video page? I understand the google video units are just attached to the video itself, but how can you add the actual google text links to the page also?

When using Google Adsense with YouTube, you post the code Google provides to a separate web page... You won't be able to post the Adsense code onto your YouTube profile/channel... you would need to become a YouTube partner to get the ads show up in your videos...

YouTube is a very powerful source of Adsense users.

<h1 class="subject">Google adsense?</h1>

hello I want to ad google adsense to my website and I was wondering do you get to post what type of ads you want for google adsense? Also how does adsense work do you get paid everytime someone click on an ad, how much do you get paid per click? Thank you

Hi,

What is Google Adsense?

Google AdSense is a fast and easy way for website publishers of all sizes to display relevant, text-based, un-obtrusive Google AdWordsâ„¢ ads on their website's content pages and earn money. Because the ads are related to what your users are looking for on your site, you'll finally have a way to both monetize and enhance your content pages.

How does Google target ads to my website?

Simply put, Google provides you with AdSense HTML ad code to place on the web pages on which you want to display AdWords ads. Then, they take care of the rest by leveraging award-winning and proprietary Google search and page-ranking technologies to deliver relevant AdWords ads to those content pages.

Google goes beyond simple keyword matching to understand the context and content of web pages. Based on a sophisticated algorithm that includes such factors as keyword analysis, word frequency, font size, and the overall link structure of the web, they know what a page is about, and can precisely match Google ads to each page.

Now look, if you really want to make money using the adsense program I suggest you

I hope this helps !

Hey the person who's saying u get only 1 cent for a click must be a beginner .... My average click leis b/w 90 cents to a dollar ....

The ads will be automatically decided by the content of ur website !

You may filter out unwanted ads but u cn't choose the one u want .... I suggest you visit my website on google adsense FAQs -

http://guide2earn.110mb.com

Best of luck - Let me know when u succed !

You get like $0.01 everytime someone clicks on an ad, and you can't choose the exact ads on your site, but you can choose a general genre of where the ads come from and what they will be like, you can also customize where the ads are placed on your page.

Unless you know you are going to get 1000s of views and clicks on ads a day it is not worth it, and don't rely on it as your sole source of income.

Also, you only get paid monthly if you amount reaches above $100 and if you don't get a lot of traffic that might take a LONG time.

I get paid about .50 cents a click to $5.00 a click, however you don't get to choose the ads, Google chooses the best match based on content. Some people get .01 cents and other $50.00 a click, so it can vary.

Ya once you add google ads on your website, Google will display the ads related to your content on your website. It automatically scrawls your pages and displays relevant content. To know more reg how adsense works you may log on to http://earnyourway.blogspot.com

AdSense Tips - How Can You Make $100 Every Day With AdSense?.....

You have probably heard of the AdSense publishers who make in excess of $10,000 a month as well as the big earners who make more than $100,000 a month, but wouldn't it be great just to make $100 a day from Google's brilliant AdSense program?

If you are an existing AdSense publisher who is struggling to make the $100 a month payment threshold then the following tips will set you up on the road to earning that monthly 5 figure sum with AdSense.

6 Tips to Make $100 a Day With AdSense

1. Position Ads Above the Fold The part of a web page that is visible (without having to scroll down) after it has loaded is the part that is "above the fold". Therefore AdSense ads that are visible above the fold are more likely to get clicked on than those that only become visible if the site visitor scrolls down the page as they are less likely to scroll down than just view what is immediately visible. In fact check out Google's heatmap which shows the positioning for the best performing ads.
2. Blend Your AdsAs web surfers are becoming increasingly blind to ads your AdSense ads should be blended into the content of your site in terms of the text & background colors. If the fonts can be matched this will also increase your chances of having the ads clicked on & thereby earning you more of that much loved AdSense revenue.
3. Best AdSense Ad SizesThe following is a list that is generally accepted as of the highest performing ad sizes... * 336×280 large rectangle * 300×250 inline rectangle * 160×600 wide skyscraper Whilst the above size ads may not always be suitable for your website or blog it is worth noting that these are the ones that out perform other AdSense ad sizes.
4. Links Should be BlueOne of the most important factors affecting AdSense revenue is to ensure that the links are blue. Web surfers view the color blue as a sign that a link is present . The whole point of this entire process is to get people to click on your links - especially when they are attached to AdSense.
5. Set Up ChannelsGoogle's AdSense program allows you to create channels for each ad unit which provides you with an excellent tool to compare your various ad units performance on each page.
6. Click through Rate (CTR) Its important to monitor your CTR as it reflects the percentage of clicks generated per page impression. You can therefore compare your pages' CTR and tweak things to improve the lower performing pages and so on.

The following formula sums up the AdSense money making model.

AdSense Revenue = Optimally Positioned, Sized & Blended Ads + Traffic Volume + High Paying Ads + Relevant Ads

What this means is that to maximize your website's AdSense earning potential it needs to have all the factors optimized, for example a site with high paying ads but without traffic will not earn much whilst a site with hoards of traffic but without correctly optimized ads will likewise not do well.

So in order to hit the $100 a day mark with AdSense ensure that your site is AdSense ready......

What you Can Do to Make More Revenue With Google Adsense.....

Google Adsense
is one of the top ways for people to make money online today. However, there are thousands that come out with nothing to show for their hard work. Luckily, there are some secrets that can help you earn more from the effort you are putting in. Here are 5 Google Adsense secrets to increase your revenue.

1. Ads above the fold

The best way to make sure every person that visits your site sees your ads is to keep them above the fold. Many people that visit your site do not make it through the entire site before exiting. By placing your ads toward the top of your home page, it is guaranteed that everyone will see your ads. This will drastically increase the number of clicks you get and the income you earn.

2. Cut down clutter

Some people believe that the more banners and flashing images they have on their website, the more appealing it will be to visitors. While you do not want an overly dull website, having too much will only clutter your website. It will also take away the focus from your ads and cause many to overlook your ads altogether.

3. Blend ads with background

It is a proven fact that more people are enticed by ads that look as if you created them. When the font and color look the same as that of the rest of your site, it looks less like an ad and more of something that you created.

4. Focus on a niche

Generally speaking, you want to place Google Adsense ads that are relevant to the theme of your site. There is no sense in putting a gardening ad on an entertainment website because it will receive very few clicks. By placing ads that are related to your site, you will increase the number of clicks you receive and drastically increase your income.

5. Generate traffic

While everything mentioned thus far is important, they all are nothing if you do not receive traffic. The only way to receive clicks is if people are coming to your site. Once you have people coming to your site, then you can practice the tips listed above. Until then, focus on generating traffic to your site.

Google Adsense can be an extremely effective method for earning cash on the internet. Whether you are brand new to the concept or have tried and failed in the past, taking these secrets and applying them will drastically increase the revenue that you earn......
